Mehmet ASUTAY

 

           He was born in 1978 Harran, Şanlıurfa. He went to primary school in Harran, secondary school in Akçakale, high school in Harran. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, department of Elementary Education Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge.

            In 2002, he worked in Birecik, Şanlıurfa; in 2005 in Harran, Şanlıurfa. In 2007, he was appointed to Şehit Mehmet Arslan Elementary School as the founding manager.

 

            In 2010, he was promoted to Akçakale Anatolian High School as the school principal. At the same time he was District’s Project Coordinator.  In 2012, he was appointed to GAP Agricultural Vocational High School, the only one in the Southeastern Anatolian Region, as the school principal during the foundation of school.

        In July 2012, he was assigned as the departmental manager at District Direction of National Education. In 2013, he was assigned as the deputy manager of Süleyman Şah Syrian Refugee Camp in Akçakale. 2012 – 2015 he was representative of Akçakale Eğitim Bir-Sen. He is married and has a child.

         He has a master’s degree in Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics at Gaziantep University.
